Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days for a full refund on regular priced items. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) Domestic Orders over €75 may be eligible for a free return label. Please go to our Return App in the Returns Section at the bottom of the site to see if you eligible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Please allow 1-5 business days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Go to our return app at the bottom of our site under " Return Policy" to request an exchange. We will notify you if your exchange is approved or denied along with instructions on how to send back to us and a return label if applicable.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and shipped out and you will receive an email with tracking notification.
